Nikki
Our Office Manager, Nikki, is the one that ties up all of the loose ends in the office & keeps things running smoothly. She started with us in 1993 as our High School clean up girl and enjoyed working in dentistry so much that she went to school to become an Orthodontic assistant. She spent nine years working with our patients directly as an assistant for Dr. Phillips. Nikki enjoys meeting new challenges with a “can do” attitude each and every day.
Look for Nikki at the Hillsboro Relay for Life, as she is very involved with this cause & is the team captain for our office team!
Jan
Meet Jan, she is a valued member of our front office staff. She began her career in this office in 1981, and hasn’t looked back since. You will notice Jan’s dedication to our patients each time you work with her; from scheduling your next appointment, to maximizing your insurance benefit, or assisting your family in getting started with treatment. She is fantastic.
When not at the office, Jan is very involved with High School Cheer. We are very proud of her position as President of the Oregon Cheerleading Coaches Association. Be sure to say hi if you see Jan at the OSAA Cheerleading State Championship, as she is the competition director.
Sandy
Sandy is the first person you will notice when you enter our office. She is a bundle of joy & our “bling girl”. Our patients (& their little siblings) adore her & look forward to seeing her at each visit. Sandy has been with our office since 2003 & truly enjoys helping patients schedule appointments & loves to update families on their insurance benefits. She is a true gem of our practice.
Look for Sandy around town, she is always on the go & enjoys seeing patients and their families out and about.
Sue
Sue started her career in the Philippines with the American Red Cross in 1984. She came back to the states in 1989 & we have been lucky to have her ever since. Sue is known for her smooth clinical skill and laid back attitude. If we hear someone singing out loud in the clinic, it is always Sue. She truly enjoys getting to know our patients better at each visit & watching them grow up over the course of treatment.
Sue is a key member of our Relay for Life team and always has new environmental causes that she is researching as well.
Rebecka
Let me introduce you to Rebecka, a very talented Orthodontic Assistant that has worked in our office since 1995. She is always on the move & up for any project with a spring in her step. She is the artist of the office; anytime we need a poster made for an office contest she works her talent. We are lucky to have Rebecka on our team & are confident that you will enjoy her too!
Rebecka is a regular when it comes to donating blood to The American Red Cross & is also a special member of our Relay for Life team.
Gina
Meet Gina, she has been employed with our office since 2008 when she replaced her relocating sister on our team. We all felt an instant connection with her & you will too. Gina is absolutely sweet & enjoys putting nervous, little ones at ease at each visit. With her soft spoken voice & kind demeanor, you will look forward to seeing Gina each time you are in for your appointment.
Gina is the proud new Mom to her baby girl & is getting in the swing of balancing both career and home.
Jessica
Let me introduce you to Jessica, who has been employed with our office since spring of 2009. She had such a great experience in our office as a patient that she decided to work with us the first chance she got. Jessica always has something new to chat about with everyone that enters our doors. From child to adult, she will make your visit comfortable and we hope you enjoy her as much as we do.
Jessica is a proud Veteran of the United States Navy, where she worked as a medic. We are proud of her service too. Be sure to look for Jessica around Saint Helens, where she lives in town with her husband, two dogs, & two cats.
Jane
Meet Jane, the newest member of our team. With 25 years experience in orthodontics you can trust you are in great hands. She has an infectious laugh & brings a sunny attitude to our office each day. We hope that you enjoy getting to know Jane as much as we have.
