Lincoln City Retreat
Our Staff recently went on a weekend retreat to Lincoln City. We covered a lot of team building exercises and did some brainstorming on improvements that we would like to make to our office to better serve our patients. Many of us even commented that this was our best retreat ever and that we all had fun and learned a lot about ourselves and our coworkers.
Dr. Phillips surprised us all with the chance to actually blow our own glass floats at a local glass factory. Each time we look at our glass floats we are reminded of our weekend, and that we all truly enjoy working together.
